Who We Are:
Urban Works Real Estate was founded in Portland, Oregon in 2002 by
Craig Sweitzer. After 15 years of experience with large corporate commercial real estate brokerage firms, Craig decided to venture out on his own to serve his clients at the highest possible level of customer service.
Dan Bozich, a former senior associate at Trammell Crow and Grubb & Ellis, is Senior Vice President of Urban Works Real Estate. Dan has worked with Craig for over nine years and has completed numerous leasing and tenant representation assignments with local, regional, and national customers.
Linda Elorriaga-Sweitzer, a former large business owner and operator, serves as the CFO for Urban Works. Her strong background in business and long term financial planning has contributed to the early success of Urban Works.
Kathleen Healy joined the Urban Works team in 2002 with years of sales and marketing experience behind her. As Senior Associate Broker, she represents numerous local and regional tenants in the Portland marketplace and several landlord/developer clients.
Ashley Heichelbech joined Urban Works in 2005 as an Associate Broker. Ashley's primary area of focus is on the Central Business District and the emerging South Waterfront neighborhood. Prior to Urban Works, she worked closely with the downtown Portland retailers and city government at the Portland Business Alliance and The Rouse Company.
Andrew Usher, Associate Broker, joined Urban Works to team up with Dan Bozich on many landlord and tenant representation assignments. Andrew, a native Oregonian, comes to us from the sports marketing, event production industry representing corporate sponsors of major sporting events.
Mike Thelin is the newest member in the Urban Works team. A seasoned media professional, Mike brings experience in event planning, government relations, journalism, and communications to the Urban Works team.
Kalynn Hanley, Marketing Coordinator, joined the Urban Works team in 2007. Prior to her position at UW Kalynn worked as an intern at Stoel Rives, LLP before which she completed her degree at Willamette University with a duel major in Spanish and Anthropology.
Alison Renz, Operations Manager, joined Urban Works in early 2008. Prior to working at Urban Works Alison was Office Coordinator at a large staffing firm followed by a position at a residential real estate company. A native Oregonian, she left the Portland area to earn a bachelor's degree from Albertson College of Idaho.
