Craig has specialized in leasing retail storefronts for the past twelve years in the central business district and represents national, regional and local retailers. Negotiating complex lease issues and understanding the entire process of opening a store in today's competitive marketplace is Craig's specialty. He is focused solely on the retail marketplace for the Portland area and can provide detailed comparables of recent retail transactions. Restaurant representation is his favorite type of transaction.
