Alberta Central (NE 18th & Alberta)

Located in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, Alberta Central is a former theater and church facility that just underwent a major renovation by local developers converting it into a vibrant mixed-use development. The building consists of over 20,000 square feet of creative office and retail space. Green Building features include storm water management, re-use of building materials were used wherever possible, high efficiency mechanical and lighting and abundant natural light throughout the building. The retail space features new large storefronts with glass overhead doors, high ceilings, great signage opportunity and a large outdoor plaza.
