Alberta Mercantile

The project features five retail spaces, three in the converted warehouse building and two new units adjacent to the warehouse. The converted warehouse spaces have ground floor areas of 900 SF and open mezzanine areas of 375 SF, and feature roll up doors fronting onto Alberta Street. These units were designed for retail use, but can also accommodate additional office and/or residential amenities on the mezzanine. The new retail units include a 1,230 SF retail space on the corner of Alberta and 14th and a 790 SF space fronting the common courtyard.
