Broadway Commons

The Broadway Commons mixed-use project was completed in 2005 and consists of 88 residential units over ground-floor retail space. The available retail space consists of up to 12,000 contiguous square feet that is divisible to 1,500 square feet. There are opportunities for very prominent entries on the corner of NE 16th & Broadway and NE 17th & Weidler, as well as tremendous retail exposure along Weidler Ave. The available retail space is served by an underground parking garage with 72 parking spaces accessed by freight-sized elevators that can lift directly into the retail area. There are two loading docks on 17th Ave., one of which can accommodate a full-size 53-foot truck.
