HFF on behalf of Urban Asset Advisors secured a $41.6 Million loan to commence construction on Couch 9, the 136 unit mixed-use project in the Pearl District near the Brewery Blocks. Urban Works Real Estate is working to secure dining and shopping options for the 5,258 square feet of ground floor retail.
