We are pleased to announce that Providence Express Care and Pearl Printing have joined the retail line up at Enso Apartments in Portland’s Pearl District.
Providence Express Care currently operates four Portland Metro locations and a Vancouver, WA location (Enso location set to open Fall 2016). They offer easy online scheduling, same-day clinic visits for minor issues, as well as routine wellness exams.
Pearl Printing has been a long time fixture in The Pearl District and specialized in fine art giclée printing. Owner, Brian Carter, is thrilled to stay in the neighborhood after learning his old building is being redeveloped. The new store will offer more areas for retail sales of artwork and custom framing. Estimated opening is early Summer 2016.
Enso is a 6 story, 152 unit apartment building nestled between NW Lovejoy & Marshall on NW 14th, and easily accessible by streetcar. The ground floor retail is now 100% leased. Urban Works brokers represented both Retail Tenants, as well as the Landlord, in these latest transactions.
