Art Work Rebels Tattoo finds new home after devastating explosion destroys former location.

Rising from the Ashes.

The explosion that rocked the popular NW 23rd shopping district in October left a mark on many tenants, forcing them to wait for repairs, or seek new locations altogether. Despite the shock of the loss, Art Work Rebels, the wildly popular tattoo shop that occupied the upper floor at the now destroyed Burkhardt House, quickly shook off the dust and rubble and began their search for a new home.

The Search is Over!

Jason Kundell, owner of the internationally known shop, with the help of Tyler Bruss, one of Urban Works’ finest up-and-coming brokers, inked a new deal to lease a rare opportunity single-story retail space – located at 526 SW 3rdWhile the destruction of their former location, artwork, and equipment was devastating (Art Work Rebels’ exterior signage was all that was left from the Burkhardt House), the Art Work Rebels team and their loyal clientele look forward to making their mark in the CBD. The new location will be open as soon as renovations and the storefront have been completed. We wish Art Work Rebels the best of luck and can’t wait to see their new digs!

The Landlord at 526 SW 3rd Ave was represented by Kia Hartley and Brian Greeley of Urban Works.
