Jacqueline Opens its Doors

Jaqueline, the new aquatic-inspired restaurant in SE Portland, celebrates grand opening.

The wait is over! Jacqueline, the highly anticipated aquatic-inspired restaurant, celebrated its grand opening August 24th. Urban Works Real Estate is thrilled to have helped the Jacqueline team find the perfect location for their new venture at 2039 SE Clinton in the Hosford-Abernathy neighborhood of SE Portland.

The aquatic-themed restaurant, brainchild of established owner/chefs Brandi Lansill and Derek Hanson, features a collaborative kitchen concept with a focus on seafood and fresh vegetables. This charming restaurant space features a bright interior with wonderful sea-inspired accents and artwork provided, for the most part, by friends of the owners. A portrait of Bill Murray’s iconic sea-captain Steve Zissou from The Life Aquatic overlooks the bar and perfectly sets the mood for a night of great food and spirits. Eater spread the news of the opening with this great article that features additional information and beautiful shots of the restaurant interior for you to enjoy. We wish them great success and can’t wait to try everything on the menu…it all looks so good.
