The Project

Originally designed as the headquarters for The Oregonian newspaper in 1947, 1320 Broadway is being transformed into the largest block of Class A creative office space in the city. Allied Works Architecture has been engaged to design a modern creative workplace that pays homage to the building's original architecture. The renovation will unlock the beauty of the original lobby off SW Broadway and create a number of opportunities for Retail and Restaurant Tenants off the ground floor.
