Neighborhood Description: This is one of Portland’s long-standing and prominent eastside neighborhoods. Serving the Laurelhurst neighborhood. Over the past few years the area has become a restaurant mecca, with some of Portland’s most notable restaurants in the area, including Esparza’s Tex Mex, Noble Rot, Taqueria Nueve, Tabla, Ken’s Artisan Pizza and Navarre. The area enjoys high school foot traffic and destination traffic from all over the city of Portland. SE 28th & Ankeny is the dividing area between northeast and southeast Portland. With several parks just a few blocks away and well established businesses like Laurelhurst Theatre (open since 1923), any retailers is ensured high traffic volumes.

Bus, auto, bicycle and pedestrian traffic frequent this neighborhood creating a bustling destination corridor day and night.
