Neighborhood Description: Portland State University continues to make this area a welcome home to more than 24,000 students, residents, businesses and retailers alike. PSU’s urban campus is situated amongst numerous buildings from SW 13th Avenue to SW 4th Avenue and SW Clay to SW Jackson Street. With buildings that have a mix of research facilities, student housing, businesses and public space, PSU allows students to blend in with the community.
