Neighborhood Description: NE Broadway Street is an unrivaled commercial district in the heart of Northeast Portland. Serving as a major arterial for Portland’s inner eastside with high retail visibility, robust traffic counts and easy accessibility. This area borders Portland’s historic Irvington and Sullivan Gulch neighborhoods and caters to the many employees in the Lloyd District.
