Neighborhood Description: Historically a highway, Interstate Avenue now serves as a multi-modal transportation corridor accessing charming commercial districts, nodes and notable anchor businesses for the greater North Portland area. Infill construction is now underway to help continue the transformation of the area and support the sustainable, transit oriented development of the Portland region. Patton Park Apartments was recently completed and features four floors of housing over 4,500 SF of commercial space.
