Neighborhood Description: SE Woodstock Boulevard from SE 39th to SE 52nd and bordered by SE Holgate to Henry are known as the neighborhood boundary lines. This long-established neighborhood has become a retail target in recent years due in large part to the nearby residential area home prices skyrocketing to record levels. Woodstock’s neighborhood-serving retail and restaurant scene is home to comfortable wine bars and family shops. Eastmoreland, Westmoreland, Reedway neighborhood residents frequent the service-oriented businesses.
