Neighborhood Description: The predominant cluster of retailers within the neighborhood are situated along Beaverton Hillsdale Highway from Sunset Boulevard west to Capital Highway, key anchor tenants include Food Front Co-Op, Starbucks, Noah’s Bagels and Baker & Spice.  The local farmers market, which occurs every weekend rain or shine, is one of the city’s premiere open-air venues.  The future of this neighborhood just for a little better with a proposal on the docket from the Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability to create tree-lined streets, mixed-use developments and several public gathering  spaces.
