The Ziba Building

This two-story building totals over 26,000 square feet, the majority being leased for creative office use. It is situated in the heart of the Pearl District next to the Brewery Blocks, just two blocks from Portland Center Stage (Gerding Armory Theater), which attracts thousands of visitors annually, and Art Institute of Portland with nearly 2,000 students! This building has been home to world renown Ziba Design for several years. They are relocating to their new world headquarters in early fall 2009.
