Cider lovers rejoice! Urban Works is proud to announce that the award winning, Bend-based ATLAS Cider will be opening its third location early 2018 in the newly constructed Couch 9 Building. Adjacent to the Brewery Blocks, in the heart of the Pearl District, the new tap-house will bring ATLAS’ expertly balanced, locally sourced cider to the hop-heavy area. It was a great pleasure working with Dan and Samantha McCoy in finding the perfect location for their expanding cider empire. We wish them the best and can’t wait until the grand opening!

Couch 9 is being developed by Urban Asset Advisors and adds 135 high-quality apartment units to the thriving Pearl District. ATLAS Cider will anchor the ground floor retail. Urban Works is currently marketing the remaining 1,660 square foot space facing NW 9th Avenue to potential restaurant and retail tenants.
