Our dear client Green Zebra is finally opening it’s Lloyd District location at the Hassalo on 8th development that has recently brought 657 brand new residential units to the area. Urban Works represented the grocer in their search for ideal urban locations, and we are looking forward to the PSU Campus location opening soon.

You won’t want to miss this one! Tomorrow, Thursday 4/21/2016, the Grand Opening promises to be quite the party. Store opens at 7am (perfect for a quick stop for coffee and pastries on the way to work) and the festivities begin at 9am with the Benson High School Cheerleaders, a kombucha toast and free sampling all day!
