Lately, the architectural scene on SE Hawthorne has enjoyed a modern boost with the introduction of Langano Apartments at SE 15th Avenue.
In the past few years, SE Hawthorne gained dining additions such as Lardo, Little Big Burger and Blue Star Donuts while still maintaining its low-key, hippy-meets-vintage vibe. The owners of Langano Apartments approached Urban Works to help secure retail and dining tenants for the ground floor spaces. Poke Mon, the poke bowl restaurant set to open soon at Langano Apartments, is building out their space and fine tuning their menu. Check out Instagram for updates and sneak peaks of their menu here.
Adjacent spaces will house an M Realty office and Gallery Nucleus, an art gallery featuring a taproom. Well that sounds like fun! We can’t wait until they all open up!
