Upper Left Roasters gourmet coffee company plans to open at SE 12th & Clay.
Upper Left Roasters soon will open a coffeehouse and café with onsite gourmet coffee roasting in the newly renovated Ladd Corner building at SE 12th and Clay. Originally Sheldon’s Service Station in the 1920s, the building has been home to the revered Parchman Farm Jazz Club and most recently the Ladd’s Inn Tavern. The fully updated property features big windows, tall ceilings, a new outdoor patio and charming character. Upper Left is poised to become a hotspot with its delectable food and authentic coffee experience sure to put Portland coffee and food aficionados on notice.
