Urban Works is excited to lease retail space in the TreeHouse
Set to open in September 2015 TreeHouse, an apartment development with retail on the ground floor is seeking LEED certification. Drawing inspiration from its natural surroundings the building connects to the existing trails and pedestrian networks of Marquam Hill.
Urban Works is the exclusive leasing brokerage for the ground floor retail space. The space provides a needed addition to the area’s limited retail and dining amenities for future residents and daytime population of OHSU, VA Portland Health Care System, and Shriner’s Hospital campuses.
