Adding some spice to the Pearl District

New Southwestern concept Carlita's to bring tacos and tequila to the Pearl

Who doesn’t love tacos? Better yet, who doesn’t love tequila? Well, if you like either, you’re in luck. Carlita’s, the new Southwestern dining concept from Portland’s Urban Restaurant Group, is tentatively scheduled to open in April, 2017. The new restaurant from the minds behind Brix Tavern, Swank & Swine, Urban Fondue, and Bartini, will call 1101 NW Northrup Street in the Pearl District home. The space, formerly home to Streetcar Bistro & Taproom, will undergo a remodel to create a speakeasy feel. Urban Works’ own Brian Greeley and Tyler Bruss represented the landlord in the deal, great job guys! For more information on Carlita’s, read this article from our friends at Eater!
