Urban Works kicks off retail leasing in the new Couch 9 building.
The mixed use building coming to the corner of NW Couch and 9th features 137 high-end apartment units with ground floor retail space. The ground floor retail space features three units from around 1,200 SF – 2,500 SF with prime exposure to this bustling district. Urban Works is kicking off the retail leasing now and looks forward to bringing great retailers and restaurateurs to this nexus of high density housing/employment/entertainment.
