Robot Revolution, supported by Google.org, explores how robots will ultimately be our companions and colleagues, changing how we play, live and work together. The exhibit comes to life with a collection of cutting-edge robots from some of the most innovative global robotics companies and universities. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with robots that are rarely seen by the public, as they step into a visionary world where robots are not just a curiosity, but a vital asset.”

June 6th: Ground Kontrol Expansion Opening

“The Portland institution is set to open their revamped original space, linking up with the recently opened “red side,” and bringing you 70 additional arcade games along with alcohol service beginning at noon daily.”

June 7th: Portland Beer Week Kickoff Party @ The Oregon Zoo

“Portland Beer Week is so big it takes 11 days to celebrate, and it starts here, with a kickoff bigger than any in Portland Beer Week history, so big they’re holding it at the Oregon Zoo, with over 20 craft beer and cider makers near the concert lawn, food from local vendors and food cart operators, and of course, a chance to wander around and look at all the sights.”

June 8th-10th: Portland Fruit Beer Festival @ Burnside Brewing C

“Burnside Brewing Co. takes over hosting duties for this years celebration of humanity’s genius decision to add fruit to beer, with over 30 different beers and ciders to sip on, local food vendors providing ice cream, pizza, bratwurst and other delicious nosh, live music from local DJs, and gluten-free options.”

June 10th: 1 Year Anniversary Party @ Wayfinder Beer

June 16: Portland Pride Parade

“The Portland Pride festival is the single largest visibility avenue for the region’s LGBTQ community organizations and businesses, where they can attract new supporters and clients, increase their volunteer base and raise much needed funds. The festival attracts thousands of visitors to Portland each year.”

June 22nd: Pick It Up Portland Citywide Clean Up

Help keep Portland clean and healthy. This event is part of a two day, city-wide, clean up initiative, focusing on litter removal throughout our community.”

June 22nd-24th: Portland International Beer Fest

“Portland International Beerfest is a three-day specialty beer festival held in the Pearl District North Park Blocks. PIB showcases hard-to-find beers and ciders from all over the world. Sample everything from classic styles (pilsners, pales, etc.) to exotic new world hybrids (barrel-aged hoppy farmhouse sours, etc.)”

June 23rd: World Naked Bike Ride

June 23rd-25th: Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts

“The Festival presents the creative endeavors of recognized and emerging artists and enjoys an outstanding reputation for bringing special exhibits of quality and diversity to a weekend that is accessible to everyone. Attracting some 25,000 visitors during the three days of the event, the Festival includes several art exhibits, food booths, music, and fine art and craft.”
