Cookshop

A kitchen studio for classes led by regionally-celebrated chefs and food/beverage artisans, including a selection of culinary items for sale in their retail shop.

Cookshop shared an Instagram update last week, “What a fun day we had today! Our inaugural Cookshop Afterschool was all about spring veggies and mixing up a batch of gluten free granola bars. Everyone even voted to put kale in our smoothie.”

 

 

 

 


Citizen Ruth

Citizen Ruth is open in the D Street Village at 3070 SE Division.

 

Last week, Citizen Ruth celebrated their first “Friends and Family” event! “Such an amazing turnout last night for our first #friendsandfamily event! Bargarten

Gustav’s newest project, Bargarten, is a modern Bavarian social house featuring a full menu of authentic Bavarian food and a large “bier” list.

Bargarten is open at 2905 SW Cedar Hills Blvd in Beaverton.

A Craft Cider Company made from all Northwest fruits that originated in Bend, OR.
