Ristretto Roasters Opening their Fourth Location
Urban Works has signed Ristretto Roasters as the first tenant at 1320 Broadway, the former Oregonian Building currently being transformed into the largest block of Class A, creative office space in the city. This will be the Portland based coffee shop’s fourth location.
Ristretto Roasters will be in building’s lobby which was designed to include meeting and lounge areas and features 28′ tall floor to ceiling windows. We here at Urban Works can’t wait to step inside the lobby and grab a warm fresh roasted cup of coffee.
