Seeing a client renew their lease is very exciting. Mother’s Bistro & Bar is definitely one of our favorite client success stories. For 16 years and counting, Mother’s produces traditional home-cooked meals, elevated with the use of classical techniques and high-quality ingredients. It is not surprising that head-chef and owner Lisa Schroeder, with her talented team, have received numerous accolades for their hard work and dedication. The restaurant won Willamette Week’s Restaurant of the Year (2000) after one year in business, and was recently recognized by Portland Business Journal as one of the Top 10 Women-Owned Businesses in Oregon (2016). There is no doubt that Mother’s played a huge role in developing Portland into the foodie mecca it is today.
It is our pleasure to announce that Mother’s, with the help of Urban Works’ own Dan Bozich, has re-signed the lease Downtown Portland at 212 SW Stark. If you haven’t been to this Portland staple yet – no more excuses, Mother’s is participating in Portland Dining Month this March!
