Good things are happening in Lake Oswego! Oswego Towne Square recently added three tenants to their directory: Club Pilates, Little Big Burger, and Monkey’s Subs. We are excited to bring another fitness option into the center and further expand the food directory alongside Flying Pie Pizzeria.
Urban Works Real Estate is proud to represent retail leasing at Oswego Towne Square for over 20 years. Thanks to Urban Works President Dan Bozich and Vice President Kia Hartley for maintaining this relationship over such an expansive time. Club Pilates, Little Big Burger, and Monkey’s Subs are the perfect fit and complement the notable brands that anchor the square, such as New Seasons, Columbia Sportswear, MudBay, Verizon, and Starbucks. There is currently one remaining vancancy at Oswego Towne Square.
“When I originally started this project in 1996, the shopping center was anchored by Thriftway, Jenny Craig, and and an inline, non-drive thru McDonald’s. I’m very proud of the tenant lineup we have today.” – Dan Bozich, President
“At a glance, you’ll see that classes at Club Pilates are different than any other workout. The reformer-based group Pilates classes are complemented by TriggerPoint, TRX®, springboard, EXO-Chair and other equipment designed to build strength, mobility and stability.”
Little Big Burger will open their 12th Portland area location, further expanding outside of the urban core and into Lake Oswego. We’re counting down the days until the store’s planned Grand Opening & Free Burger Day (announcement coming soon)!
“… fast & fun, eco-friendly and gourmet. grab a beer, bop your head to some tunes, and watch your hand crafted patty sizzle on an open grill. unlike any other burger joint, it’s all about the experience…”
Monkey’s Subs will open its third shop within Oswego Towne Square, adding to their locations in Aloha and Bethany. Awesome subs coming your way Lake Oswego!
“Their food is yummy! My go to is Turkey, avocado and bacon. Friendly staff.” -Jeanine Walters, Facebook Page Review
“Monkey subs is the best and it’s my go to sub shop! I’m from the east coast and it’s nice to have subs that represent my home of Maryland. Every time I go I am greeted nicely and they even know my name which makes me feel special. The food is always fresh and taste delicious. They will always have me as a patron.” – Chanele Ramos, Facebook Page Review
