Congratulations are in order to Capstone Partners and Cairn Pacific as they continue to revitalize the Northwest district by breaking ground on the newest addition to the Slabtown neighborhood. The 2017 renovations to the Leland James building will feature ground-level retail, open outdoor spaces, 120,000 square feet of creative office space, and a rooftop penthouse.
