So Long VQ

You will be missed.

We recently said goodbye to Veritable Quandary when we moved from our Urban Works office next door to VQ’s iconic white brick building. And now we will say goodbye again as they close their doors for good. Multnomah County purchased the building that VQ has inhabited since 1971.

Many changes are in store for the area as the new courthouse begins to take shape. Dennis King, owner and operator, plans to keep the restaurant open through the summer season, when the restaurant’s patio comes into full bloom. The county will break ground on the courthouse later this year.
