The space was previously inhabited by Exit Real World, a snowboard retailer that had previously closed 4 of it's 5 Oregon stores. Their last location on 23rd was now closing and the Landlord chose to sell and retire. The building had been leased to Exit Real World for 10 years.

Sold to developer

Urban Works was able to both lease and sell the property. The new owner benefited from having the space leased prior to the closing of the sale.
