Urban Row Case Study

Central Eastside redevelopment

About the building

The Urban Row Building (formerly City Sign Co.) is a four-story building comprised of two combined free-standing structures, making the total building area roughly 29,380 square feet. This multi-tenant building offers space for a wide variety of creative uses, including restaurant / brewery, software creation, interior design, and photography / art studios. The exposed wood beams, refinished brick, and lofty ceilings share many of the desired characteristics that tenants are looking for in the burgeoning Central Eastside.

New brewery tenant

Urban Works solicited and qualified a brewery/restaurant group that could operate within the existing UG1 code. Our team negotiated a long term lease, identified a veteran architect with a firm grasp on the city’s byzantine process/code, and enlisted a contractor that understood the challenges of converting an old warehouse, all within budget to make the brewery construction a reality.

Now Open!
