Landlord needed help acquiring a new tenant for the space that would be vacated by Starbucks on NW 23rd Ave, in Portland's Pearl District.

Flagship store for Arcteryx

When Starbucks coffee elected to relocate one of their flagship stores from NW 23rd, the Landlord engaged Urban Works to procure another NW 23rd caliber of Tenant. We end up signing a lease with Arcteryx, enabling them to open a flagship store in the Pearl.
