About Providence Express Care
Providence was being severely impacted by on-demand medical providers, such as ZoomCare (Zoom+). Rather than lose that business, Providence decided to create a new arm of their organization to compete with the popular on-demand neighborhood medical office - Providence Express Care.
New Territory
The client had never operated at this smaller scale and typically purchased all of their clinics, so this was a new venture in their business. Providence hired Urban Works to be their real estate representative in the Portland markets.
Open for business
Urban Works educated the client on the market, and deal specific, strategies in order to compete at this different scale. We identified multiple locations (more coming!) and negotiated the real estate transaction on the tenant's behalf.
